Fuzzy Funk Designs is Dyeing to Meet You!

Okay, cheesy title aside, I'm very excited. I have entered the realm of hand dyeing yarn!

Over the past weekend I felt like a little artist/chemist/scientist - with mason jars filled with wild colours scattered all over my chaotic kitchen. Hurray!

Here's what I have concocted so far:

I'm especially proud as I heard that purple is one of the harder colours to dye, and my first attempt came out pretty cool!

So what's the point of all this dyeing mayhem? Well, these are the new colours for my Marvellous Mohawks hair! I've decided to cut out the middle man and dye the yarn myself.

Here's how it will work from now on. When you order a Marvellous Mohawk, your hat will have a dark grey base. Then you can choose one colour from the list above to accent the hair!

The cool thing about this yarn being hand dyed is that it really makes your hat one of a kind - as with hand dyeing, no two strands are exactly the same. Plus I will be dyeing your yarn to order!
